We offer up to 3 hours of free mediation up to twice per year on a first come first served basis to participants in a non-money dispute or where the value is between £10000 and £15000.

If we don’t have a free mediation slot available, below is some guidance on our fees.
Disputes under £50,000
Participants can benefit from our mediators’ commitment to the Civil Mediation Council’s Fixed Fee Scheme with fees starting from £75 per participant.
Disputes over £50,000
A full day is £1800, a half day is £1200, and we also offer bespoke and flexible budget packages for disputes which might be cost conscious, complex, lengthy or involve multiple participants.
No VAT applies to our fees.
All our agreed fees include the mediator’s travel via London public transport.
The costs of reasonable preparation for mediation must also be considered. These include reading the participants’ written submissions and evidence (“bundles”), any pre-briefings with the participants, administration including arranging venue, catering or technical facilities and travelling.
Video conferencing costs via services such as Zoom are free, but we cannot provide technical support. Prices do not include venue, catering, stationary or any other necessary incidentals.
Payment of agreed fees is in advance, but refunds are available for cancelled mediations and even for mediations that conclude earlier than expected.
To get a fees estimate to apply mediation to your dispute, please contact us, letting us know: the names of the legal persons involved in the dispute (this is important for a conflict of interest check); how much money is in dispute (if any); who will have authority to settle in the mediation; your preferred location for the mediation.
